Terms of Service
Draft — not in forceA placeholder for a document that has not been written. It is published so the link in the product goes somewhere honest, not so anyone can rely on it.
This document is not in force
Nothing on this page is a term of service. No sentence here creates an obligation on you or on Vivente, and nothing here has been reviewed by a lawyer. The page exists so the product has one place to say that plainly, rather than linking to a document that does not exist yet.
What is true today
Vivente is pre-launch and has a single account holder. There is no public sign-up, no subscription and no payment. Accounts are opened by invitation only, and the product is not offered to the public.
What is not stated here
There is no service-level commitment, no availability promise, no limitation of liability, no warranty or disclaimer of one, no governing-law or jurisdiction clause, no acceptable-use policy and no termination procedure. Read none of these into the page's silence — the absence of a term is not a term.
Your data is governed elsewhere, and that part is real
How your health data is stored and handled is not a matter for this page. The consent controls in your account are live and binding on the product today: consent is recorded per category, it is withdrawable at any time, withdrawal deletes that category, and everything held about you can be exported in one click.
What happens to this page
When terms are drafted and reviewed, they replace this page in full and carry their own date. Until that happens the draft warning at the top of this page is the most important line on it.
Drafted in-house and not reviewed by counsel. This page is here so the product has one honest place to say what is and is not yet agreed.
